Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and apetubet ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, logging in to or using any part of the apetubet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

The financial transaction terms in effect are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method chosen.
• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by apetubet are subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time the offer is announced. Users are required to read and understand these conditions before accepting any bonus.

For the apetubet welcome bonus, the wagering requirements in effect are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 120% of the first deposit amount, with a maximum bonus of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds and any winnings from them can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Total balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400 must be met.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Total balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement RM500 × 20 = RM10,000 must be met.

apetubet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Attempts to abuse bonuses, including opening multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses, will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account terminated.

User Responsibilities and Obligations

As a user of the apetubet platform, you agree to take on the following responsibilities throughout your use of our services:

• Use the platform responsibly and not treat gambling as a primary source of income.
• Set personal limits appropriate to your financial means before starting any gaming session.

Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability

apetubet makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors. We will endeavour to resolve any technical issues within a reasonable time.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions

apetubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform unless otherwise stated.

We will endeavour to notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or relating to the use of the apetubet platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved.
